AVAILABLE PRODUCTS: All brands of Novatech dampening material are available to Canadian dealers. Private labeling is also available on special order; please contact us for details.
MINIMUM ORDERS: There is no minimum order. If you only need to order one cover, that’s OK with us. We do suggest that you take into account the shipping charges when placing small orders. If you do not charge your customers for this added expense, you will find that the shipping costs can eliminate your profit on orders of only one or two covers.

TERMS: Our terms net 30 days with a 2% discount for payment within 10 days. We ask your cooperation in paying all invoices on time. A past due account could result in the loss of not only your open account status, but your dealership privileges as well.
PAYMENT METHOD: The preferred method of payment is by check or draft. All payments must be in US dollars and must be drawn on a bank located in the United States. Otherwise, a $10.00 processing fee will be added to your invoice. We currently do not accept credit cards.
RETAIL PRICES: Canadian dealers are permitted to establish their own list prices if, after currency conversion, they feel such action is necessary to ensure competitive market positioning. We request that you allow us to review your suggested retail prices (in US dollars) before establishing a modified price list. When calculating your discount level, however, you must use our US retail prices.
SHIPMENT SCHEDULE: We can not guarantee same day shipment of Canadian orders. Please allow 2 to 3 working days to fill your order.
DROP SHIPPING: Orders may be drop shipped directly to your customers at no additional charge.
SHIPPING METHODS: We prefer using United Parcel but will consider other shipping methods of your choice. We can either invoice you for the shipping costs or charge your UPS account.
