AVAILABLE PRODUCTS: All brands of Novatech dampening material are available for export with the exception of a few territorial restricted areas. Private labeling is also available on special order; please contact us for details.
MINIMUM ORDERS: The minimum size export order is $250.00 in US dollars at list price. That is, your order should total at least $250.00 before your discount is applied.

TERMS: Our terms net 30 days with a 2% discount for payment within 10 days. We ask your cooperation in paying all invoices on time. A past due account could result in the loss of not only your open account status, but your dealership privileges as well.
PAYMENT METHOD: The preferred method of payment is wire transfer. An instruction sheet is available which explains wiring instructions. You are responsible for all transaction fees - please make sure the final wired dollar amount matches the invoice total.
RETAIL PRICES: Foreign dealers are permitted to establish higher list prices if, after currency conversion, they feel such action is necessary to ensure competitive market positioning. We request that you allow us to review your suggested retail prices before establishing a modified price list. When calculating your discount level, however, you must use our published US retail prices.
SHIPMENT SCHEDULE: Fulfillment of export orders usually requires more time than domestic orders due to difference in press brand and model popularity. Please allow 7 to 10 working days to fill your order plus shipping time.
SHIPPING METHODS: We prefer using United Parcel Air Service but will consider other shipping methods of your choice. Two levels of UPS service are available to most countries: Express (approximately 2 day delivery) and Expedited (approximately 4 day delivery). A rate sheet is available upon request. All orders are shipped freight collect.
